Designed to use 1 in. wide grit-edged saw bands, Model 2012-D12 features 20 in. throat with standard 12 in. work height that accommodates wide range of material sizes. It includes 20 in. wheels to minimize band fatigue, electric ballscrew-controlled cast iron table with 12 in. stroke, and variable frequency 5 hp ac drive with band speeds from 550-5,500 fpm. Device includes feed-rate control from operator panel, as well as easily accessible coolant reservoir and pump system.
